Vice Rectorate in charge of higher education at the undergraduate and graduate level, continued education and diplomas, and graduate training:

• Follows matters related to the conduct of courses and courses organized by the university.
• Ensures that training offers presented by faculties and institutes are consistent with the university's development plan.
• Ensures compliance with the regulations in force regarding registration, re-registration, knowledge test and progression of graduation students.
• Monitors distance learning activities and promotes continued education activities at the university.

• Ensures the respect of the regulations with regard to the issuing of diplomas and equivalences.
• Ensures the maintenance and updating of the student's name file.
